2. Shipping Options and Transit Times
We utilize premium logistics partners for secure delivery. Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within India.
- Standard Insured Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
- Expedited Insured Shipping: 2–4 Business Days (Available upon request and subject to additional charges.)
3. Security and Insurance Protocol
Due to the inherent high value of every timepiece, our security measures are non-negotiable:
- Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for its complete purchase price from the moment it leaves our vault until it is successfully signed for by you.
- Discreet Packaging: All shipments are made in unmarked, tamper-proof outer packaging to ensure security and prevent attention to the high-value contents.
- Signature Confirmation: Mandatory signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders. The courier will only release the package to an authorized recipient at the specified address.
4. Tracking and Notifications
You will be informed at every stage of the shipping process:
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your watch is dispatched, you will receive a detailed Shipping Confirmation Email containing the carrier’s name and a dedicated tracking number.
- Real-Time Tracking: We encourage you to use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
5. Final Delivery Procedures
Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client.
Receiving the Package: Please inspect the outer packaging carefully before signing for delivery. If the packaging shows any signs of tampering or damage, do not accept the package. Note the damage with the courier and contact The Watch Legacy immediately.
